wifi無法連接，馬桶發黃且嚴重發黴，淋浴頭老化亂噴，房間的紙巾非棉柔質地，是小餐館會使用的塑料感質地，房間有一道門不知道連接什麼地方，沒什麼安全感。四星級的價格卻是旅館的條件，非常失望。

應該是巴生老牌酒店了，價格不高，服務員也能説中文，裝修也有些年頭了，設施保養的還不錯。有個超大的窗戶鳥瞰巴生的夜景。總體來説值得入住。

I completely forgot to pack my 2 dresses I left in the wardrobe.   Your staff was so helpful in checking and calling me back immediately.  Your staff Mr Puvan was helpful and made arrangement to collect them from the reception.

The staff at the counter Puvan , Suguna and the contact centre staff all very very friendly and answered my questions patiently  The house keeping boy who attended our room chubby & cute with his smile assisting me with my toiletries and towels .  Overall good service but we have little bad experience with our room door #1219 Friday 8-10/8 door unable to open , according the receptionist battery low can’t fix and change another room #319 which I was not satisfied cos I prefer higher floor . Shower gel can be better and breakfast also can have more on local delight like “kueh kueh “ morning no one will take friend chicken so can change the chicken menu something else like . “Lontong  or laksa “ Hope I will come again to enjoy the lontong and laksa 🤗😄👍
